NNMSA Membership Requirements Membership in the NNMSA entitles the member to participate in the programs and receive member services as approved by the Board of Directors. Special Events are limited to Voting Members including the annual Trade Fair. Dues are renewable annually during the month of January. Dues are not considered a charitable contribution for federal tax purposes but are deductible by members as ordinary and necessary business expenses for federal income tax purposes. Dues are non-refundable. (Click to see schedule of dues.) There will be a 60 day grace period for Voting or Associate Members to pay their dues at the beginning of every month before they are removed from the NNMSA Mailing and Email Lists. The success of this organization is directly related to its members, and has therefore been restructured in order to increase the membership and participation of any organization and/or businesses that can promote business for our Northern New Mexico businesses. Voting Membership is open for the 2008 calendar year, to all Northern New Mexico businesses located within the seven (7) county region. Associate Membership is also open to Small Businesses, Large Businesses, National Laboratories, Other Business Development Organizations, and Not for Profit Organizations located outside the seven (7) counties that are committed to economic growth in Northern New Mexico and to further the goals of the NNMSA. *Annual Membership is for the Calendar year (January 1st - December 31st). There will be no prorating of dues and annual dues will be for the calendar year regardless of when dues are paid. New members will receive a confirmation of the dues received. Voting Member organizations must have a distinct presence in Northern New Mexico. Northern New Mexico is comprised of the following counties, pueblos and tribes: Counties:
